Weekend days
Armed · Level IIIFictional jobs. This illustration compares pay and daytime availability. Credential checks and exact shift availability are separate.
Employers see the preferences you save.
You choose which invitations to answer.
A credential review records its source, date and result. It does not verify employment history or replace your hiring checks. Credentials can expire, and availability can change.
How profiles, documents and contact details are sharedGuards keep a profile, credentials and work preferences. Approved employers create jobs, find guards and invite them. Guards decide which conversations to start.
Approved employers see you only after you turn on the switch that lets them find you and your license is checked. If you agree to it, they can also search for you on Torio and invite you to one of their jobs. They see your profile details, work history, minimum pay and hours before you respond, and your résumé (you can switch it off) for jobs near you that pay at least your minimum, so leave out of your résumé anything you do not want to share yet. Your email, phone number and documents are shared only if you choose, one invitation at a time. Once a company invites you, its team keeps your name, city and state with that invitation.
A reviewer records the credential, source, date and result. It is not a background check, an employment reference or a guarantee that someone is suitable for a job.
No. It starts a conversation. Confirm hours, duties and employment terms with the employer.
A professional profile and network for everyone in security: guards, supervisors, instructors, investigators and more. Connect with people who understand your work, between jobs and during them.
The beta is free for guards and employers.
